Scrapbooking 2020

Hello lovelies,

I thought I would catch you all up with some of my latest creations that I have been displaying over on Instagram page @mamadothestamp.

This was my first creation of 2021, and what better way to move into a New Year than to celebrate the old year. Yes I know it’s been a rollercoaster ride of a year, but I like to highlight the happy moments that we enjoyed together and scrapbooking is the perfect way to do that.

For this page I used the new Pretty Perennials stamp set to create a floral border in Gray Granite. I then cut up some of the Oh So Ombre papers (free during Sale A Bration) in Bermuda Bay, and stuck them down with Stampin’ Seal. I created a photo frame using Stitched Rectangle Dies and by using Mini Dimensionals I was able to stick it down so I could then slide a photo behind.

I stamped sentiments from Pretty Perennials, Hydrangea Haven and Hey Birthday Chick In Basic Black ink. I also used Playful Alphabet Dies to personalise the date, Hydrangea Dies for the small florals in Flirty Flamingo, and Perennial Petals for the large leaves.

The gold clasp is from the new Clever Clasp embellishments (which I cant get enough of!) and the flowers all have Gold Metallic Pearls in their centres to prettify them further.

The word “happy”, from Perennial Petals was embossed in white on vellum, and then fussy cut.

ttshowcase some of the new Stampin’ Up! products in the Mini Catalogue 2021.
